The Storms We Will Never Forget: A Walking Tour of Hyde Park
We looked outside our hotel window to the hustle and bustle of the streets in Hyde Park. It was 50-something degrees with gray skies and misty sprinkles in the air. Within five minutes or so we saw the sun. The weather seemed to be playing tricks on us as it was completely unpredictable. This is a rather typical occurrence in London I’m told. One minute it can be sunny, the next it can be gray and raining. This isn’t the best scenario when traveling with babies because that means you can’t travel as lightly.
Meet Ellie & Nathalie
Ellie may be little but she's mighty. She's fearless and ready to take on the world. When she's not singing and dancing to her favorite tunes, she spreading joy with her big smile and adorable laugh.
Nathalie is a middle school counselor but has taken a time out to raise Ellie. Most days you can find her sewing, crafting, drawing, or doing whatever creative idea she’s got on her mind (while snacking on peanut M&Ms). She’s also an expert traveler who always has her next trip in the works.
Meet Koen & Janelle
Koen is the sweetest American-Canadian baby you'll ever meet. Always ready to make new friends and go on exciting adventures. He's an expert tinkerer, aspiring engineer, and lover of food!
Janelle was once a middle school teacher, now a certified teacherpreneur and #WAHM. She works out every day, owns a Harry Potter robe + way too many Mickey Mouse shirts, and lives in a constant state of wanderlust.
Meet The Dads
Kyle (on the left) spends his days teaching and coaching students. He's Canadian, an excellent cook, and knows way too much about the NBA and sneakers.
Jordan (on the right), or should we say Jordan the Ironman, is a physical therapist with a passion for endurance sports. He loves to test out new recipes, can fall asleep anywhere, and never says no to a treat.
